Learners who complete this course will be recognized as First Aiders for Mental Health and can serve as a point of contact within the workplace to support colleagues with suspected mental health conditions. Building on the Level 1/4 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health, this course introduces the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan, which allows learners to guide their peers and provide support while signposting them to professional help.
